I've learned that it's important to try, even if you don't succeed. (It has been one of those days!)

@GlenM
There is hope for a better life, which I didn't think possible before. Don't ever give up, you are strong if you've made it this far.

Things look dark right now, but I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel...even if I can't see it right now, I'm sure it's there...

I made it to level 50 of my Growth Path. This is my first milestone.

I've learned that, in order to be effective and meet my future goals in life, I need to be able to keep a regular, quality sleep schedule. I need to take care of myself, for it helps me be effective. It helps me achieve my goals. Not taking care of myself isn't a short cut to success. It is ultimately a hindrance to my future plans becoming reality. Taking care of myself gives me the energy, motivation, focus, and emotional lightness in order to solve problems that arise, overcome obstacles, be able to consistently show up and be there, ready and able, for when it matters.

I've also learned that it's important to focus on what I can control. Focusing on what I can't control increases by feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. It destroys my motivation to do things, because the worst case scenario seems inevitable. Focusing on what I can control helps me feel like I'm more capable of tackling the problems I'm facing. I feel more empowered and motivated to face them, knowing I already have some skills I can use to help me solve the problem.
