I'm fairly new to 7 Cups, therefore I have not completed much. I have learned that I need to take time for myself and take care of myself mentally, emotionally, and physically. But I'm still hurting and I'm trying very very hard to not let things bother me... I feel very stuck. Lost, alone, and completely depressed. I often think I could just permanently end my pain, but I know that could never possibly be an option for me. Just because I'm hurting, doesn't mean others have to hurt. Although they sometimes make things tougher for me, my family, friends, and boyfriend are very very important to me and I could never hurt them like that. I know that I will overcome this pain, but the journey to get there is extremely difficult.

In general I like the little meditations and other things on my growth chart but this last one was insane - what planet did she drop off from ?? ( if you love people they will love you back ??????? NOT ! - no matter what good or what good feelings you may have or share, you will be always disappointed if you think you will receive the same in return. Kindness is often repaid with betrayal. Life and therapy taught me that.

I am worth the time and effort it takes to improve my mental health.

Stop looking for reasons to be unhappy. Focus on the things you do have, and the reasons you should be happy.

That the right path or thing to do is never the easiest path it's never that easy. Life is full of challenges and trials and it never ends but my ability to deal with them will vary depending on how well I continue to look after my physical and mental health. Sometimes I will win and some times i won't.

Starting my DBT workbook, apart from my spiritiual life, it is the only real hope I have of recovering from BPD.
