@GlenM I've learned that I have a very powerful sense of delusion. I came here thinking that I just had a slight bit of anxiety. Boy was I wrong. I also suffer from very low self esteem which has consequences throughout my life. It destroys relationships and it keeps me from reaching my goals.
I also have trouble controlling my emotions. It's easy to blame others for making me mad, or sad and that my actions afterward are their fault. I'm realizing that it is MY fault and now that I realize that I have all these issues, I can start working on fixing them and being happy.
To stay happy

I just subscribed to the site and I'm learning that I'm worth the self care. I'm also learning that I'm open to doing things that I thought were "baloney". . . .like meditating because it really does help!

Hi.
I have learned that support can come in many forms. If don't have access to physically supports, or the support that u would prefer... techology can sometimes offer those supports. I dont have access to the physical supports that i would prefer and typically i am a very private person. The worst part about going thru a rough spot is thinking that others will judge u, not understand what ur going thru, or not offer the response u think u need at the time. Not having to worry about any of the above has help me to open up and reach out, or at the very least, talk about whats going on with me to friends, not worrying about their responses because i have worked thru that anxiety with 7 cups.
I've reached level 100 and I'm so thankful to have found 7cups. I found it one night when I was desperate for help. And looking back now, I can tell that I have come a long way!
I'm not gonna exaggerate, 7 cups hasn't brought any major changes in my life but it has given me such a positive experience and I've talked with such beautiful people, that I just can't say goodbye to it now.
Using 7cups has taught me that there is so much love out there and that people are willing to take time out for you to help you.

I have learned that I am better when I engage in coping tools when I don't. I am a strong person, but I also need reminders of that. That is okay. I am who I am. With all my insecurities, emotions, faults, etc. I love who I am. There is nothing wrong with that!
