Breathing is important. It may feel silly at times to try to keep your breathing slow and steady, especially in public, but it really does help you calm down and relax. I'm never anxious after I steady my breathing.

There is strength in letting go. Simply expressing ur needs can start a chain reaction of people who care about/for u being able to help u. Even if its just with the little things!
