Some things might not be okay today, but one day, it'll be.
@ligaya12 I have problems remembering that
@Tryingtobefree98 Don't worry. You're not alone. Good thing we have people to remind us not only the bad things but most of all the good things in life. :)

I have learned that, much like my recovery from alcoholism, daily practice on recognizing and small steps regarding my emotional disorders have a cumulative effect much greater than any single act. I have found that daily visits to this site, no matter how short, build upon one another to effect my overall long term mood.
@came2believe - Yes, small steps can make a big difference. They add up.

I have learned that I am not alone in my struggles.
It's been a long ride for me and I feel alone in this, only me experiences the turmoil of being depressed while the world shuts its eyes off as I suffer alone. When I cry for help everyone says shut up get off your feet you lazy boy and it hurts you know. But I have to keep fighting, what other choice do I have.
@pinkLand459 I'm sorry you feel like you're in this alone. Hope you can find some comfort and companionship when you reach out here.
Hii all
I learned that I should say 'no' when I really don't want to and not say yes all the time. I was scared to say no to my friends when they were asking me to go out with them because Im not comfortable and wants to bond with myself. I also learned that you need to appreciate yourself.
@Galaxtyrious - It can be hard to say no. It takes a little practice. But it sounds like you are off to a great start. Well done!
@Chiaroscuro1 Yep! Im trying my best and thank you.
