I went to my doctors the other day and I'm going to start getting help. I've realized lately that I need it.

There will all was be times, moments, and stretches in your life that u wish u cud do over or not just had in the first place. But having outlets or thungs that can steer u back in a more positive direction is what will be important in ur life's journey. I find mine in playing sports and reading. It also helps to have people to motivate u to continue on.

One of the most useful strategies I've learned here so far is to talk to myself like I would to a friend. Words of encouragement are nice to hear, even if they're coming from myself.

I realized that sometimes I have to stop worrying about everything, take a deep breath and find the positive, small things that help to get through the day. Still working on putting it in practice.

I've learned that no matter how terrible it seems to get, there's always someone you can turn to. I've also learned not to feel obligated to act or feel a certain way for anyone, and healing is a long process. (Step 110 :) )

For step 70 nothing new in general but learning how to breathe better to slow my anxiety attacks down

@GlenM It is not selfish to make myself a priority. I want to be with someone who appreciates me and wants to be in a relationship. Don't waste time with a guy who has admitted he is not mentally or emotionally stable enough right now to be a partner.
