I have begun to take time for me.
It feels good to take a chance on people who will subsequently experience instant and even ever lasting positivity and/or joy as a result. This said, I don't have to shine my light on everyone. At the end of the day, I respect myself and listen to myself. If I feel uncomfortable with a person, the decision not to interact with the negativity i feel has been made. However, I've learned that it's okay to interact with people who may have been challenging at sometime for whatever reasons in LIMITED doses (#family) when the situation and self are open and optimistic for a positive outcome. Sometimes, people just want to be listened to and cared for.
I learned to act wiser and more patiently, and to manage my emotions by my racional refocusing. still fighting the old weaknesses
I've learned so much. Mostly recognizing and being aware of my true feelings instead of just being "fine" when someone asked how I am. Giving myself permission to grieve and work thru the problem instead of ignoring it.
I have learned to act more patiently.
I'm learning to think of three things each day that I'm thankful for
Not sure what to say.

After 50 steps of my path, I've learned that keeping yourself busy with healthy routines truly helps.
I learned that I never learned out. So it's always worth to keep practice on my mind and feelings. The same most do with physical practice.
Keep going! It will go up and down, but keep going!
I've had a huge addiction like to enegry drinks. Doesn't sound hurtful? well, it caused a lot of problems, if you were like me and drank it for 4 and a half years. last Friday was when I told myself to stop. Everyday is hard for me, because I see them everywhere, but now I just think of the bad side effects, then the good taste of it.
I know I'll have those days, when I really just want one (in most addictions recoveries that happens) but until, I'll try new organic drinks :P
I made up a quote to myself
"Recovery is like a walk. With every step you take, you get closer to where you want to be, and farther away from where you don't ever want to be again"
