@GlenM I found that the past is behind me and the future is something I shouldn't be worrying about, gotta live in the now!

I just reached path 73 and one thing I've learned is to appreciate/compliment myself.

My feelings are a response to the world. If I make decisions on my feelings, they are reflecting the accounting of a response, not what's actually happening. Feelings are good, but not to govern and control your way through life. There are other tools you have for that.

Completed step 6 in my growth plan. Not sure if anxiety is a biggie for me but I guess I learned to remove myself from situations that could cause stress.

6 days free from drugs. It doesn't seem so huge, but I took them everyday for the past 4 years. It's hard, but I'm trying! I, instead take vitamins now, which I never did before. So that helps too.

I learned that it's important to get help for OCD so you don't get in a cycle of obsessions and anxiety.

I learnt that I need to start saying 'so what?' To anxiety. Tolerate it, don't try and get rid of it.

I learned that a lot of different people have anxiety & it's okay to work on yourself and get help when needed

Life just isn't fair.

Sometimes the bullies win and the victims can't see that justice is served. But it's okay.

What matters most is that the victims shift the focus back on themselves and learn to love and help themselves. No point in sitting around waiting for karma to strike. This life is too short to waste thinking about someone else.
