I've learned to look for positives instead of negatives. I've learned not to take on negative feelings others may have - but to focus on making my own mind.

Well, I've learned that for some reason on the "breathing exercises", that I have a mental breakdown (I really don't know why??). But, I've figured that it might be because I've been putting anxiety on myself without even knowing it. So, I've learned to start it, and if I have tears in my eyes to step away for a bit, do happy things, then come back to finish it. Which works. Sometimes.
