That there may be something to all this self-care talk. If I can figure out the definition. Right now I see self-care as selfish but I'm trying to figure out another meaning.

Lately, occasionally, I've been practicing some true self-care. I can't quite define it but I know when I'm doing it. Currently self-care is activity - getting things done.

I learnt that there are two kinds of mindsets - the fixed mindset and the growth mindset.

Whenever I fall into a depression and are unable to get out of the rut, I will remind myself that I can do better if I adopt the growth mindset.

I can improve and I can change.
