I have learned at my 60th step, that breathing mindfully helps, and that there are people who care.

It's okay to say "no" to people. They'll be okay and I'll be okay too. They won't hate me because I said "No".

I have learned that when I have my lows that it is ok to reach out to someone and mention it.

@GlenM

Thanks to the Lord I've made it a bit futher. I hope my learning will become my new way of life and not just motions

On a 50 steps milestone. First day I'm going to sleep without any fear and anxiety. I used to write it often in a topic about it, and finally I couldn't find any fear inside. I came here with the problem of anxiety, and I must say I'm really improved my love and care for myself. Very simple exercises and very important effect. I'm going to continue and use more options in this brilliant community. Thank you very much!

Don't worry about getting things perfect, that probably will never happen. Instead review the growth that you have made. Small steps.
