"The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step" - By Lao Tzu is a quote I always liked but now (more precisely lately, in the last week, since I joined 7 Cups) I really understand it in its fullness of meaning. It's never enough to repeat to yourself that big things/changes start really reallly small, and also that the first step is the hardest to take.

To try to summarise what i have learnt so far as a single point does not seem possible. Everthing is interwoven and nuanced, but if i was to highlight something that seems to have had most resonance and impact so far it would probably be the following:

Even when feeling most lost, you are not alone. There are others in the forest just like you also searching for the way. And best yet, there are those who have walked the same route and will try to guide you to the path and back to the light.

(My apologies for the metaphor, but it was the way i thought i could describe it best)

Level 410

I've learnt that I have to love and respect my body that means that I have to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Detoxify my body with healthy options and be in charge of my body finally. This is love. My body needs my help. And I will give it. Not only I have to but NOW I want to as well. ❤

Avoid using extreme words when expressing yourself. It allows for multiple perspectives.
