I have learned that the people who struggle and suffer a lot are the strongest and often the bravest, because of enduring so much and still being able to carry on, one step at a time.

Have a wonderful rest of day, everyone! smiley #bethechangeyouwanttoseeintheworld

@GlenM To breathe when I am having anxiety attacks and focus on more positive things

I've been here since September. I have come a long ways, still have many milestoes to go. Some days up and some days down. Yet I am Moving Right Along with me baby steps.

Never thought I could reach out in a community and find the LOVE and Friendships I've experienced. I Know it has taken a lot of hard work to get this site so productive. It took many dedicated people to do this on a daily bases. THANK-YOU

I hope to get better so that I too can be apart of this site helping one another. Maybe I can use that as a future goalheart

I have learned that showing kindness to others can really help one feel more whole on the inside. To provide a moment of stepping outside of one's self to see a bigger picture. And that's really nice, I like that.
