Well the feelings are not going anywhere themselves. Might as well ride them out!
Take special care of yourself, because whether you believe it or not, you're worth the care!
I learned that I really CAN appreciate making mistakes. Because - everyone makes them. Making mistakes makes us human. And it teaches us beautiful attitudes like understanding, compassion, having empathy. Mistakes can sometimes be even cute. When I appreciate that I have something to learn, it is more easier to learn.
I can face my fears
Slowly but steadily I have finally made it to...STEP: 999
What I've learned along my climb:
I absolutely must keep my faith strong, and continue believing that things in my life CAN and WILL get better...and believe that even in, or especially during those long, stretches of deep, dark depression that make everything seem so hopeless. I will need to perservere, and get up each time I get repeatedly knocked to the ground...face down. And, each day I need to push myself beyond what I think I am capable of doing, and not make excuses for why I can't~ tackle some task, make one phone call, sort through and clean up one colossal mountain-high pile of clutter, run some errand, and/or confront and (hopefully) resolve some sticky-tricky conflict.
@caterpillargirl Step 999?
That is amazing! You go!

Its amazing to see and hear of your personal growth :) Keep moving forward, you are definitely going on the right dirrection.
I earned the Togetherness badge yesterday! I'm going to dedicate more time to bettering myself and I plan to succeed!
I learned that nothing is "ordinary". Ev-ry-thing is sacred and special.
He aprendido que bajo situaciones de stress o desesperanza hay que calmarse antes de tomar una desicion.
He recomendado la tecnica de la respiracion que resulta muy efectiva.
I learned no matter how hard it is to ask for help. It will make your life better and you will start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
@GlenM That I'm going to be ok
