I learned that often the use of simpler language is necessary when communicating with someone. Otherwise people could have difficulty to understand my sentences.

If I am really focused on my writing I can make my text better.

In order to write well, I also need to be in a peaceful state of mind.

I know of ways I can accomplich peace through my breathing. I can do it!

I am learning that y situation is not unique and I will be able to overcome what I am going through.

Not everyone will like me.
