I have been here for 3 months and I learned that no problem with no solution but you just need to search and to trust yourself ....really every one can do everything he want..........
Absolutly you will have good days and bad days but remember if you have goals in life every time you fall you can stand up again and continue.......
you worth it .....JUST KEEP GOING MY BROTHER

I've learned that we need to take time & make an effort to heal from a broken heart & that we need to take as much care with our mental health as we do our physical health :)

WHEN I FALL DOWN ,I LEARNED THAT I AM A HUMAN I WILL KEEP FALLING BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THAT WHEN YOU FALL DONT KEEP FALLIN JUST STAND UP AND CONTINUE YOUR LIFE.
DONT BE OVERREACTED TO YOUR MISTAKES .
BE TOLERANT WITH YOURSELF .

YOU ARE NOT PERFECTIONIST YOU JUST AHUMAN BEING.

I've learnt that feelings do not come all at once they take time and continually move backwards and forwards as we progress. This all takes time and I need to be ok with that -time is not wasted when you are progressing. Baby steps and love and kindness and being aware of what pace I'm ok with is only something I can dictate not to let others dictate this for me.
