Step 120
I have learned to not get angry or upset with myself for things that are out of my control
@fictionalfangirl
That's great. I would like for you to listen to me sometime. I think you'd make a great listener to me.
@emotionalPineapple6925
I've been looking into becoming a listener because helping other people is really good for my anxiety and mental health. Do you have to have to pay to become a listener, because in order to get one you have to pay for the "adavanced" or "pro" verison of the app?
@fictionalfangirl
You don't have to pay to become a listener. I think you can help me a lot. Text me and we can talk. 9 1 7 873 3141
@emotionalPineapple6925
For security reasons I don't give my number to people unless I know them in person. If there is a way to communicate more securely over this app than I will become a listener and I would love to help you. If not I'm very sorry but I have to be cautious and protect my privacy.
@fictionalfangirl
there is . You just have to apply on
@Lavendersubmarine
That was very helpful, thank you.
I have realized that I have more control over my worry, anxiety and depression than I often remember. The smallest positive actions and efforts can make the biggest difference in how I feel and how I deal with rough feelings/situations.
That it's ok to leave some bad friendships and get rid of the toxic people in your life. Also btw how do I get rid of my newbie status? How long do I have to be here or what can I do to get rid of it?

Step 200
I've learned that taking small steps is better than not moving at all.
Learning to be mindful
@pawsdash
me too, mindfulness exercises are really hard !
I have learned that i need o be more discerning
Fuck life, its not meant for me. I dont want kids, marriage, house, work, i dont want a lot of shit.....honestly i dont give a fuck. i have a boyfriend and work full time, but i still feel empty. im just not into the whole "life norms" shit. fuck it. im a statistic waiting to happen. hope that comes soon since clearly im literally stuck here mentally struggling with all this bs that means nothing to me. i lack empathy and i lack goals, i survive but i dont "live". Death is more friendlier than I realize.

So far in my journey, I've learned to take all of my worries each morning and put them in a cloud then send that cloud away. It's proved to be effective so far 💖
