I am learning to process my anxiety rather than reacting to it.

Im re-learning how important both habit and failure are. 7 Cups helps me realize that others go through the same issues I do and that theres a strong community around self improvement and healing.

@GlenM

I've reached step 80 on my growth path. One thing I learned is that ignoring your emotions only damages you further and it's actually better to observe and aknowledge them so you can deal with them properly. I usually just throw whatever I feel into wherever stored emotions go and try and avoid them as much as I can. Aknowledging them is helping me see myself better. Maybe not quite understanding yet, but starting to see.

I learned that it's ok to be afraid of things but you can't hide from them forever and it's better to face them right away. I also learned how to ask for help when I need it.
