I learned that working out alleviates depressive feelings for real.
@Helba
Yes! Research studies have proven that, but we sometimes tend to not believe them until we try it out for ourselves and are open to it (well, it was the case for me, anyway!) I'm glad exercise has improved your mood for even just a litle bit- that little bit can help a lot. I hope you continue to work out :) xx
Life is never without hope.
@agreeableKite6479
Mmm, that is very true- we jus t have to look for it sometimes. It can be very sneaky! I'm glad you've learnt that, it is a very powerful lesson. Thank you for sharing with us all! :) xx
Step 200! I've learned that little steps add up to real progress. Change doesn't (usually) happen overnight, but with consistent practice over time, it CAN happen!
@frankHemlock4968
Oh wow, well done on step 200! :D I love the lesson and explanation of it that you've shared with us- it is very true. Change doesn't happen overnight, it takes consistency, determination and grit to make it to wherever you want to make it to, but along the way, we learn lessons as well. Thanks for sharing with us! :) xx
@frankHemlock4968 This is a wonderful progress, you are awesome <3 Well said, small things lead to big ones ... keep pacing forward, best wishes ^^
I have learnt own my pain and concentrate on small tasks, completing these tasks give me a sense of achievement
@Xerxes023
Those are some great lessons you've learnt! Owning our pain can be so freeing- freeing us from the pain and the burden of it. And concentrating on smaller tasks is great! You've done things in your day, and if that was your aim, you've schieved it :) thank you for sharing! xx
Make every moment a magical one!
@pinkPine9506
That is very true! Life is magical every day, but we just may not notice it. Well aaid, thanks for sharing!:) xx
@rebecca947 You're welcome & thank you! When sitting in silence at the world around you, you are far more open and aware of life's magical moments🌻🕉☯
@pinkPine9506

@pinkPine9506 Well said.. loved it
@PolarLight Thank you so much! May you have a magical day🌻🌻🌻
@pinkPine9506 awh sweet, thank you! and same for you <3
Decided to add something I've learnt recently. Life is full of uncertainty, and with that, comes a huge need for trust. Trust that you made the right choice in that moment. Trust that other people will care and help. Trust that if those people are mean, that there is a lesson we can learn, and there is a silved lining in every situation if we just find it. Trust that every challenge we face will help us grow if we let it. Trust in yourself. Trust that everything happens for a reason. Trust that you are here for a reason. Trust that the uncertainty will clear eventually, and the uncertain things will become certain.
@rebecca947 That is pretty awesome and really wise thoughtful words ^_^ Could not agree more on your words!! <3 What an important point, thanks for sharing with us .. {best wishes}..
@PolarLight
Thank you :) xx easy to say, hard to do, but worthwhile if you manage to do it.
Understand who I am
@Nirvana77
That is amazing that you've learnt that, or are on the path to learning more about yourself. That is key- understanding who we are, so we can become the best versions of ourselves. Though it requires constant reevaulation! Thank you for sharing with us! :) xx
Talking to my therapist, telling the truth sure has helped me. Just getting something off my chest that has been bothering me for years, sure has made me feel a lot better.
@tallTree4117 I'm so happy for you.. We all wish you best in future
@tallTree4117
'm so happy and proud of you! What you said about truth made me remember a quote I'd like to share with you and anybody else reading this:
"Courage is to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart."
You, my friend, have shown a tremendous amount of courage for telling your truth!!! ❤
Talking to my therapist has definitely helped me tackle the specific issues I used to stress out over so much and still do on occasion.
@anonymous008 We are glad knowing you're happy & that talking to your therapist helps you <3 Keep progressing ^^
