I wanted to mention that I took some books about depression and I started reading them. Im improving and Im glad. I love this site.

Ive learnt that other peoples emotions dont have to affect me. I also dont have to care if someone doesnt like me.

Ive also learnt that relationships arent black and white. I shouldnt assume anything. Sometimes people have bad days too.

'nother milestone, yay! c:

aaaa i guess i've learned that fighting my negative emotions will only make me feel worse?

User Profile: lovelyWhisper66
lovelyWhisper66 March 14th, 2018

@Moonberrycat Well done! Indeed, it is hard to fight against negative emotions, and it is difficult to embrace them as well. Acceptance is a critical step in managing them and feeling better.

@sdgreeneyes I'm so proud that you are learning to treat yourself well! It can be hard to practice self care, but it certainly pays off. You being you is certainly enough. Well done!

I never realized how I'm not alone in all my issues. Other people are silently suffering just like me. It's nice to be able to talk with people that understand.

@toughScarf6146 Absolutely, even with our differences, we all have our struggles. I'm so glad you have been able to talk with others who understand you. We are always here if you ever need to chat with someone. Well done!
