Step 50.

I never thought an app could be so helpful. I'm having a rough night and almost let my panic attack take over.

7 cups has helped so much.

@Fall3nAng3l

I don't know if this will help you but I used to have panic attacks. I used to pretend that I wasn't home that I was with my best friend walking in the middle of a forest and it was night time and it was cool but not coldand it would slow my breathing down and calm me. I still have panic attacks sometimes but not as severe. I hope it's some help I'll keep you in my prayers

I found that having stress can make you focus on what's important to you and you can use it in a healthy way. Which is something at my age, and I am 53 - I didn't know. Thank you seven cups you taught me something.

March 21st, 2018

@Relentless9175

It is really a good thing that you could chanel your stress into something that helps you grow while it keeps others in a constant worry. I am really glad that you could do it and I hope we could also learn a thing or two about this :) all the best!

@GlenM I learnt to accept the things,I learnt to love myself gradually

March 21st, 2018

@Shweta555

acceptance is the first step towards something bright, no matter how dark the path has been. Accepting a few things down the line not only gives us strength but also lets us evaluate ourselves in the long run. I am happy for you :)

I realised that there are four types of love: philia, agape, eros & storge

User Profile: LinearWaves

@jasminekansuet

I actually had no idea there were different names for the different kinds of love, thank you for sharing this!

Also, now that i googled the terms to know more about them, some say that there are 7 (or even 9) forms of love, adding pragma, ludus and philautia to the list you shared.

Keep on learning and being amazing <3
