I've learnt that's it's not just me who has problems and talking to others helps me cope and deal with my issues

@GlenM - I learnt that I'm in control of myself, I'm in charge of my emotions, I'm loved and I can love so well.

One thing that returns over and over is patience is a requirement in this process. And that means not only being patient with others but with yourself. Forgiving is another one.

I've failed in the past, but this time will be different because I'm committed and I will make it work.

I have learned that the more I take care of my physical and emotional well being the longer and stronger my output will be. If I rush through and beat myself up through the process, I have about 65% of the energy I need and it only lasts half as long as I need it to. Stopping to take true care of myself both shows myself that I love myself and that I respect my hustle.

Love yourself always, y'all. ❤
