220, I've learned to take time for my self and to prioritize my mental health over homework/school.

@GlenM I'm learning how to properly move on
@lcabic12 Moving on is never easy; well done!
@GlenM
All mistakes are an opportunity to learn more about yourself and does not mean you are a failure.
@Sunlight1332 I love your perspective! Indeed, mistakes can be learning opportunities. Thanks for sharing, and well done!
To think positive and not negative
@mariesd123 Yay for positivity! It
Sounds of laughter, shades of earth are ringing
Through my open ears inciting and inviting me.
Limitless, undying love, which shines around me like a million suns,
And calls me on and on across the universe.

I'm learning to take a step back and breathe. When I get stressed out my anxiety starts consuming with worried thoughts. So, I just take a step back and allow myself to breathe.
@Indistinctaurora Taking a step back and breathing are great for handling anxiety and any stressful situation! Well done, I'm glad you are learning how to cope with the anxiety. :D
Ive learnd to to overthink when im down
@Sabrina3886 It is quite easy to overthink when we are feeling down. Glad to hear you are not yielding to the temptation. Well done!
I feel much more positive.
@Mysticalsshaman Welcome to the community! I am delighted to hear you are feeling more positive; great job! :D
I've learned that being snarky or bitchy ends up making me feel mentally bad.. so i try very hard not to.
@Marshmallowspumpkin It's great that you have such self awareness! Acting that way can feel natural, so I'm proud that you are resisting the temptation. Great job!
@Marshmallowspumpkin - Maybe it could help to find a different outlet for those emotions, like maybe journaling? In my experience, just resisting without having a different outlet somewhere doesn't work very well for long. You will know what is right for you.
Dear GlenM,
Reaching this far on the growth path has reminded me:
I haven't come this far
to go no further.
Process matters
In time pain turns to laughter!
