I have learned its ok to be honest here, no one expects you to wear a happy mask which is a true blessing for me.
@teleah70 Being honest with one
I have learnt that no matter what one's circumstances are, one can improve them over time.
@gentledude4580 Welcome to the community! Indeed, the present does not have to define the future; change is always possible at any point. Thanks so much for sharing, and well done!
I matter. My health & wellness matters. It is not shameful for me to step back & become a sahm if it means less stress while I work to overcome ppd.
@mombrad You certainly do matter, and it is great that you are prioritizing your health and well being. There is no shame at all for taking it easy especially with managing ppd. Yay for self care! We are here for you; well done! :D
That love flows and comes from many sources. Love is not finite- there is always enough. Once I realized I was enough I stopped getting jealous and realized that love is not binary and someone loving someone else as well as me does not lessen their love for me.
@Pikaaprincess Love truly does have no constraints, and I'm so proud that you conquered your jealousy. Thanks so much for sharing, and well done!
Change always begins with me. Whether my world within or my world outside of me, what I want to see more of, be that and make it happen. Sometimes getting caught up in my humanness takes me back a step or two and shows the parts of me I dislike. Humility gratefully and graciously accepts my imperfections and embraces the change☯ The greatest lesson is to unlearn what you learned to relearn and love all that you discover about yourself in the process.
@pinkPine9506 As Michael Jackson once said, " If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change." I'm always so pleased to read about your journey and developments on self awareness and change. Thanks again for sharing, and keep up the great work.
@lovelyWhisper66

Thank you very much!
On step 90! Been here for years now and very happy with it. About to embark on another adventure that I am anxious about, still, I am glad to be doing so. A milestone has been reached, and I have learnt that everyone has their own path and ways of making it work. We are all living on our own timelines and there is no such thing as being behind. Because afterall, it is your life!
@reliablebutoftenforgotten Congrats on reaching step 90! It's wonderful to see you here again. Thank you so much for sharing your wise words with us! Indeed, we all live by our own pace; life doesn't have to be a contest. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you again for the inspiration. :)
@lovelyWhisper66 hello again, always lovely to read your comments; sending you lots of gratitude.
@reliablebutoftenforgotten Hehe, I'm so glad to hear that; always happy to provide support here as much as possible.Thanks so much, and I hope you have a wonderful day/evening! :D
I managed to have a day where I kept my cool with my kids and stayed very patient with them. It was nice having a day where I felt "normal" and free from my current issues.
@Jbenner081213 Welcome to the community! I'm glad that you managed to get through the day and that you were patient with your kids. Parenting is indeed tiring, so kudos to you. Well done!
I Learned that i am not alone...
