I learned to relax - to just stop doing things and be, no judgement. I was reminded of when I was a child and I would just sit around and be, listen to music, draw... I didnt judge myself... I was just there, enjoying the moment. Nothing else.

I've learned that mindfullness is very important. It is important to let go of the pain that is holding you back. The pain will keep you stationary when you want to move forward. Pain can be helpfull, but for myself it just swallows me and pulls me into a hole. Thats why I've learned it's important to let go of the painting and let go of the worries that you have no control of.

I have learned that breathing helps you letting go of the past and be in the present.

And focus on your life don't listen to the outside noise

Anxiety doesn't really exist...is just a story that our mind came up with to keep us away of a "danger"

I am learning that reaching out to talk to a friend is more helpful than I could have imagined. What I do know for sure is that it has to be the right person... some will be more helpful and understanding than others. And even for that right friend, some days it is tough for her to get to the level of empathy I need, but I understand that and I know that it's difficult for her too. I have to embrace and appreciate the time she dedicates to helping me because I know that she truly cares.

Whenever a negative thought comes in your mind (in cause of A.T.) replace it with a positive one. The'll start to fade away!
