Baby steps all add up. I'll keep trying!
No matter how hard life may get there is always hope, even when you feel like you are all alone in this fight you really aren't, keep on fighting it has to get better and never be ashamed to ask for help along the way no one is strong enough to do it on there own
I made it to 60. I guess that is a milestone of some sort. They suggested I mention something that I have learned from a forum. It is an interesting thing that I do not feel as though I have learned anything, when in fact I have learned a great deal. My eyes have been opened to see myself as I am, and I am comfortable with that. I have learned that it is OK to be myself, to take in what others have to give, and to give what I have. This has been a transformative place for me. Many people have been of much help to get me back on my track.
Idk what to write honestly. Im speeding through this growth path pretty fast. But, its been helpful nonetheless

Some days are easy, and some days are hard. Keep at it and breath.
I am learning that American culture seems to place an enormous amount of pressure on succeeding and being self sufficient and independent, rather being gentle/kind with yourself and connecting with your community. I think this creates unnecessary stress and a sense of isolation that can make people depressed.
I am learning that there are people in the world with the most beautiful souls and I feel grateful to have encountered them. They are so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes and gave me goose bumps.
I am learning that life can be so rich, full and beautiful.
I am learning that some people are so very loved. Though I will never be someone who has that kind of love in their life, I am so very glad to see it for other people. My mother loved me a great deal I think, but she has been gone a long time. I was lucky to have even that.
I found the strength to actually share my art on here.
I'm learning to be patient with myself and offer myself the same courtesy I would another person. Being gentle with myself. Giving myself love and understanding. I'm also learning to not put so much pressure on me becoming a successful or famous person as my life is filled with beautiful people and love
