Step 50: ive learnt that talking helps
Reached another milestone! Hm, I think I'd say that I've come to focus more on what I want without feeling guilty about it. I'm not sure if there's a better way of putting it into words, but I seem to spend a lot of time of doing things for others and don't focus on myself. I think I'm making some progress on that front.
To 5-years-ago me: Look - there will be times you just need to slooowwwww down. You can't heal the world in one day, and one person is not required to make the planet turn.
At the same time, you need to work on being whole as your primary goal. Find this, find your truth, and hold on tight. Life sometimes challenges you by asking if that is really what you're about, trying to pry your fingers from around that gem, but hold. on. tight. What you know about who you are is yours alone, and nothing in life has the right to tell you otherwise.
Step 260: With every step we realize that we can grow and learn at every step of our life.
Every step makes us realize that even in the darkest of days, we can light that torch and walk forward.
Every step gives us the opportuinty to realise that we are our own competition and nothing is impossible in this world, especially our dreams are not impossible!!
Every step proves us the fact that we all are fighters ans we fight, we get defeated, but we don't lose, we stand up, we again fight and we get our way to chase our dreams and make things happen the way we wanted!! We chase that smile and happiness which we deserve the most!! We win it at the end of the day!!
Unsure where it ranks, or whether it's new knowledge (I suspect not), but I'm realizing/reminded of the need for multiple sources of happiness.
I learned how to breathe, how to relax, how to put myself first.
It's okay if I say no to people, it's okay to feel sad, broken, not in a mood for something as long as I know how to make myself happy in the end.
:)
Step 89: I know exactly who I am now, and that's scares the majority of people I encounter. I, myself, am not scary, but the concept of completely knowing who and what you are can really unnerved the people who are still faking it out there. I really do wish a few more would wake up and join me, though 😉
Step 50: I
I'm learning that it's okay to have bad days
Step 270: Where there is a will, there is a way!!
