I have learned that they're are people who care for me and I should stop worrying about little things that I shouldn't even be worried about in the first place. I need to realize that I should accept and love myself for who I am

It's ok to seek help from loved ones instead of trying to solve it all alone and struggling

I've come this far. I've learned not to worry so much, but put my worries in a cloud and write them down, to let them go. I've learned that it's good to think positive and to talk to myself like I would to a good friend. Even if it's hard sometimes, it helps. It's easier to be nice and caring to a good friend than to myself.
