Step 26: I've learned that I need to accept some things that happened in my life. Things happened, there's no good reason to life in the past.
Ive learned that its okay to feel the way I feel. That its understandable concerning the circumstances. Grieving is apart of healing that cant be avoided. I just have to take it one step at a time.

It becomes so difficult to get rid of your inner demons.
I worry so much about what people think about me even if I might never meet them again and they probably already forgot they ever saw me.
The biggest was that everyone is different and that not everyone is mean.
I've learned how draining and stressful my previous job had become now that I've chosen to be a sahm.
I learnt that we are all going through such similar things but experience it all so differently. Also that people do care for one another out there & that other people handle things much differently then everyone else & everyone else can have a different opinion or strategy that we all have different values & morals but we can all respect another's view.
I hit a break through with my personal writings.
I have finally got some sleep 8 (in 2, 4 hour cycles, but it counts.)
Next week, I'm going back to my doctors for some real answers for female issues (other than my weight)
