Step 400! I've learned so much in my time using 7 cups. I started because last year my anxiety hit an all time high and I wasn't sure how to handle it. My one friend who would have been my support system when at school couldn't understand my anxiety and called me a hermit and told me that it was rude and selfish when I put my mental health needs ahead of her. I felt very alone and I knew I wanted help, but I was scared about therapy so I decided join 7 cups as a temporary alternative. It's now a new year and so far it's been GREAT! I have new friends and I have so much more self confidence. Thank you ❤

Hey 180, learning that meditation is great, but talking to people is also helpful.

60 steps and counting! My big accomplishment this week was reconciling with my friend MA at my favorite coffeehouse. It was not always easy but it ended well.

As my coworker DL would say, Its not how you start, its how you finish.

Ive learned not to let others actions and words negatively affect me. Staying calm is always the better option.
