Step 590 - well Ive learnt 2 things: Amazing people on here have kept me going. So thanks to them ☺️💖 and Ive learnt to persevere even when things are really tough
Just reached step 60 learning various meditations has greatly helped me to manage my emotions.
Today, I was able to pull myself back down from a spike in my anxiety and come back down to plant my feet. I now feel that I can control this with practice and patience.
I have learned from the past 50 steps that none of the steps have helped with the issue that I came here for mainly my mind trying to tear itself apart but that is probably not what I'm supposed to say I don't know... breath and don't worry the weight of the world does not have to be on your shoulders
i think one of the most imporant things I've learned through 7cups is patience. It takes time to heal, and no matter how many times we fall down, we should pick ourselves back up again and keep pushing foward.
Even though some days feel so long, so hard and too impossible, we have made it this far and we can make it even further.
Step 450:
It takes time to feel better, but we should keep on going.
Sometimes negative thoughts are really only in our heads.
Having a friend you're comfortable with can help and support you in your journey.
I learned that I can't control everything in my life but that there are things i can control and i am okay with that
Im learning to give myself more credit. Living with mental illness and being able to function is a huge accomplishment. Ive come so far, why give up now.
@SunrisesandCoffee I agree with you!
@SunrisesandCoffee
I am proud of you!
I've learned today how to relieve ourselves of worry through visualization and imagination. And that we can make choices on how we want to live in the now moment...
I've learned to stop being so hard on myself when I make a mistake. I'm learning to be more forgiving. I'm learning to control me anger.
