I learned how to work on myself better

I just reached step 120 on my growth path and one thing that I've learned is that it's alright to have bad days as long as I remember that the bad times will pass like bad times tend to do.

Step 110 baby! Teah! Been too busy (with work mostly) too keep up with these but I'm going to try a little more.

I've learned that you get rewarded when you do your daily activity but you get punished for forgetting
