I've learned to shut up and listen

I learned that I have trust issues but letting people in is not so bad as I thought it would be.

Scio nescio.

I met in here a truly amazing and lovely girl in here who helped me so much with my problem today <3

I have learnt that I am enough

We are all here to help each other and don't give up

i've learned i'm perfect the way i am

I learned it isn't worth letting the negative thoughts that haunt you at night ruin the hopeful thoughts you wake up with in the morning.

I learned i need to not give up and keep on moving forwards.
