Made it through another day.
I've learned that I am tired of keep waiting
If everyone listen to ONE other person, we can change the world togheter
Finding it really rewarding seeing my progress on my growth path
I let a very close friend of mine see my scars and finally told him everything I've been through and admitted that I'm not okay. Before I never would have shown anyone my scars let alone talk about my past I've always pretended I was okay and smile all the time but today I realized that sometimes it's okay to let people in even if it's only a little bit sometimes you can trust people.
i was on teen support one day and a kid said he was gingin to kill himself then we talked and he said i saved his life. i've learned that the smallest thing can save a life
Connecting with another CARING human being is always THE SAVIOR to someone thinking about suicide. Kudos for talking with them and helping them SURVIVE. You , in my eyes and i am sure theirs too, a hero. God, or whoever you believe in, bless you !!
My milestone? I just turned 45 and am still alive !!! By the grace of God i tell you!!! But i think its a HUGE milestone !! You dont know how hard the last 5 years have been !!! Came close TOO MANY times to commiting "the permanent solution to the temporary problem". But, AMEN, i made it !!!!
Today I learnt that I am this person who is slow, with a low energy level. And still my body and brain both work, I can do stuff and I feel comfortable in my body. I need to plan my actions from the standpoint of myself and not from my role model.
You are not slow. Low energy? I hear you on that. Im ADHD and the only "hyperactivity" i have is IN my head, not in my body. I have ALL MY LIFE had low energy. With no known organic cause of why. Its aggravating !! Good luck. If you should ever find a good doctor that helps you, please let me know.
The one thing that makes sense to me, personally, regarding low energy, is weakened adrenal glands. Google either Dr Larry Wilson or adtenal gland burnout.
I'm learning that I'm important, no matter how bad I feel about myself.
Today I admitted that I am trans, and that this does not mean I need to transition. I can find other ways to live comfortably with myself.
