I'm waiting to see a talk therapist/counselor in the coming weeks depending on who takes my insurance. Which is a task in itself. And I'm also dealing with a lot more pain lately... Still not sure how to handle That. I'm personally doing ok minus the pain which sometimes gets increasingly worse by the minute, like earlier today. But hey I'm still breathing so I guess that's something!! 🤔🤔🤔🙄
