I am beginning to love myself again and am starting to take care of myself again after I stopped and am beginning to be truly happy with who I am and succeeding it getting rid if things and only keeping what I need and makes me happy and smile.. thanks 7 cups for helping me when I needed it. I didn't realize how much I needed this till I started
it's a slow process, but I think talking on this website helps me feel somewhat better
