I've made it! I don't think I've seen all of those listed here before. I bookmarked them so I can find them again!

I really like the mindfulness tools, it's helped me a lot along with breathing exercises I know. A very good website :)

I've learned to slow down my thoughts and recognize I have more control than I thought. It's the little things that provide happiness, like a sunrise or an awesome bike ride. I am so thankful that I found this site and hope to continue on my journey for a long time

Getting in touch with my feelings, anxiety and calm through the mindfulness exercise helped a lot!

I'm starting to feel the positive changes.

Thank you so much to every member of 7 cups of tea! Keep up the great upbuilding work :)

Reached level 10. The party metaphor video was the most informative for me. Rather than hiding your illness or flaws from your friends, maybe they will be more understanding than you think.

I've learnt that even if you can't do one thing, you can always try again, and even if you try so hard and you don't get it, at least you tried your best.

Worry is a misuse of imagination, recently i saw that phrase, quote, whatever you wanna call it, and, for me it s a really deep thought with a really simple way to tell it, relevant or not, i just wanted to share this.
