I've learned to pay attention to the people around me. They might not understand why I am the way I am, but most of them will go out of their way to help, especially at work and school.

i learned that its okay to let people go and to just appreciate the time you have spent with them

Im so happy I found this site... it really helps me find peace and calm down coz i do have too much negative energy inside... I think this site is awesome and i think all those listeners are great ppl to want to help someone else... Thanks
