I'm really glad I found 7 Cups of Tea. It's been helpful to know there is a supportive community out there.

I made it so far! Really makes you think and take things in. Like so far :)

I don't feel like I've really learned anything yet. A little calmer today than yesterday perhaps but I don't feel like I've achieved anything yet. Then again, I do set such high standards for myself that I think it will take time to learn to recognise small victories or believe they mean anything.

Concentrate on my breathing when i cry

I reached step 30 but I don't see any improvement in myself but I'm happy that this is atleast trying to help me

I truly love this app/site. It's gotten me out of so many rough situations, and I'm proud of myself for making it this far. Thank YOU. Yes, YOU. The one reading this. You are the reason that this place is so wonderful, thank you for that.
