It's been hard, but I think things might get better. I hate resorting to lies though, which I've had to do a lot recently. Hopefully, one day, I can find a way to be a little more truthful around my house, but right now it won't help anyone.

I've learned that some things take time to get past, but distraction helps some. I wish I could say it's helping a lot, but hurt hurts. That's the reality of it. I'm just committing to loggin on each day and trying to focus on what I can control.

I like the accountability and tracking of how many days in a row you log on and participate in the site. I really reminds me my personal growth is important every day.

Each time I'm doing this I learn more and more how to empty your mind from every thought. I learned how to push them away when they come immediately and how to stop thinking... even about the thinking. I find this is very important to relax. Often I try it on the way to school or back home. This is how you can concentrate on the moment, on the present, on yourself.
