So far I have learned to be patient with myself and know that I'm not alone in any feelings, thoughts or emotion.

I've learned that, regardless of how I'm feeling, it's still worth actively practicing a lot of exercises and techniques this site highlights. After starting to get on top of my anxiety I slowed down my activities a bit, especially mindfulness ones, but after a couple of heavy anxiety days I returned to them and it was worthwhile.

I need to remember that and make the commitment to myself to continue to take care of myself.

It's nice to know that I'm not alone and there are tools to help me get better for my future

I have my good days and bad days, slowly getting better but I realize I have a long way to go. Can't say the site in particular has helped me yet, although it is comforting to read in some of the forums reactions people have had to problems similar to mine which I had thought were abnormal at first (although I knew it was warranted), but was quite natural. Mostly it was a good reminder on what I should be focusing on, which is myself, growing as a person and such and its time to leave the past behind, maybe I won't forget the bad and will still suffer through bad times but at least I can set a goal i can be proud of in the future.
