We are all in this together. And there is a lot of love and kindness in the ( cyber) world.

Being mindful and grateful has been very helpful to me. Also reading the forum, you realize that you are not alone and that there are some really great people out here in this world (as represented by 7cupsoftea!).

I'm wholeheartedly enjoying the experience.

I've learned to stop fighting my stimming urges; who cares if I look weird, I've never been less anxious in public and I can finally listen attentively. I've also taken initiative and found a way to keep the voices in my head placated by writing post-it's of what they're saying. Bonus: a really cool wall full of post-it's 😊

Kati Morton had some videos on here... She really genuinely helps me, she makes me feel calmer and less anxious, and it actually takes a lot to do that... I'm very thankful to have found her channel on here....

I've learned to think of the positive and to accept things (aka my disability, my feelings of hopelessness)
