I learned that the mind is vast, but so is the universe. There are people in it willing to help you (like myself). Sometimes you have to be that person for yourself. If an experience robbed you of strength, then you are used to being that person. You are still that person.

Today I reached step 10 on my growth path and although it's only my second day on the website I feel so grateful to have found it. I talked to an awesome listener last night who helped put my mind at ease and did a mindfulness exercise today that really calmed me down when I needed it. I think this website will be invaluable as I find my way back to happiness again.

10. At least I've accomplished something when the rest of my life seems to be going a whole lot of nowhere.

I learned that I might be bipolar. Is not that good news, but in order to solve an issue first you have to recognize that it exists.

I didn't think the mindfulness exercises would be of much help to me but they've been surprisingly calming. Love this website so far. :)

I've learned that getting better is not a blink of an eye thing. You have to be patient and you have to do something to make things better.
