I learned that even when something bad happens you can still learn something good from it

I've learnt so far how important is to give yourself some quality time and start noticing the small things you should be grateful for around you..Like even the small birds singing outside your window, or church bells ringing.. The fact that you are sitting inside your home, where it's warm and cosy.. :p And also that you should be more accepting of things in your life you don't like instead of taking time to be annoyed by them.. You just waste your time..

I have learnt that no matter how lonely you feel right now, there are always kind people on 7 cups of tea just waiting to be your friend and support you!

I've learned that instead of thinking I don't have time for a mindfulness exercise it actually helps to ground myself and to return with more focus and a little bit less stress to my activities. (I also just learned to spell the word exercise yay).

I am very proud that i have stuck with this. Usually i would have stopped just after a few days of something like this but i really think its helping a little bit. Everyday I am trying my best to take a few minutes to focus on me and not to worry too much about work, or other stressors. I still have a ways to go but the tools here are helping me. Mindful meditation is the best and always enjoy doing it at the beginning and end of the day.

Hi @practicalLemon1702
