I need to take time to relax when I am stressed and not keep working at something that is making me feel worse.

@neatDrum7443

Indeed, Self-care is very important otherwise you might not be able to move forward.

You can check the resources and ideas people posted in our Self-Care forums. Congrats on keep trying!

I've learned that I really do need to listen to myself when it comes to criticism from outside forces that should have no power over me. Just because someone picks on me does not mean I am at fault. There are things I am at fault for and there are things I am not. Saying. y'know what? that's on you not me can be a huge relief. I am OK as I am and you have no power over me! I am not going to be in the same place forever!

Soon it will be 150 days since having stopped antidepressants. They changed me for worse, so I'm really glad I could give them up, in spite of the pangs of withdrawal symptoms.

I've learned to listen to my heart and take the time to sit down and breathe. To relax and be mindful.

Today I did something I have been wanting to do for many months! I created my own forum (yayy!). Being a part of 7 Cups admin, it made perfect sense to have a space for operations related Q&A and I was able to that. Looking forward to talking to the community in the new space :)
