I have just reached the 20th step! I'm proud of myself. The thing that I have learned so far is that there is no easy fix all to my problems. There are great days, when everything lines up perfectly and I know things are going to be better. Then, there are pitfalls and I feel horrible. It's all about growth and taking one step at a time.
@pwae4815, That's a great achievement. You should be very proud of yourself, and you should know that we are all proud of you here as well. You're correct in saying that you'll have good days and bad days, but just remember we're always here for you at 7 Cups when you're having a bad day. Keep smiling! :)
