I learned to be more positive and thankful about life... just keep swimming
@keepcalmBekawaii92 I'm glad that you've learned that, considering it's an important thing to know in life. Stay strong. <3
I learned that it's okay to be scared or nervous about doing what you have to do.
@Junglebright and also that breathing exercises are hard when I have a cough.
i havent given up yet
Hi there@ScarletRegan

and we're waiting for you.

To focus on my breathing to help slow my heart rate down.
Hi @RoseQuartzWaters
That's a really useful tool to have, well done

Just reached step 20. The number one thing that I've learned so far is that you need to remember what you're working for. If you lose sight of that long-term goal of recovery, you can slip right back into the clutches of your problem. Stay strong. Hold on.
Hey @MeagantheMo
Thank you for reaching out to others. Well done for achieving so much![]()

I'm learning that I can take things step by step and small goals aren't useless.
I am learning to sit with my sadness and hold it's hand instead of turning it away. I am learning that slowly, my life is changing.
@toughBanana57 I think that the small steps are the ones that matter the most. And change may be scary, but it can be a really good thing :)
I've learned a lot about opening up, yet still I shy away however it allows me to reflect upon myself even when i feel most alone i learn how to help myself and to make that difference in my life. :)
@mini72 Yay! I'm happy you've realized this! I am really shy as well, so maybe we can learn to open up more together! :D
To be honest I still feel worthless, all this has proven to me is that m depression is severe but at least this site can help me with that so I am thankful.
Hi @GrimWarfare :)
I'm sorry you're still feeling this way. I know it's tough to go through, but I admire your strength that got you here. You're headed towards the right direction, so just don't give up. I know you'll start feeling better soon. Keep your chin up :)
