Really liking this site so far, helps calm me down when I'm getting anxious. Like the meditation breathing talk throughs!
@M20Ie~ thats great to know that 7 cups has helped you! im glad the mindfulness exercises are helping you!
It feels really good and helps me be more cheerful to think about what I'm greatful for
@pshms~ i do agree it always feels good to know about the things we're grateful for..
I'm so tired
@blueflamingo22 I'm sorry you are so tired, We are always here for you if you need to talk, You are not alone!
Not really feeling celebratory but I'll try. keep listening to positive affirmations video from Brittany asmr. Try not to let others negative thoughts and values influence me. Try to focus less on success and impressing others and more on my wellbeing and growth and things I enjoy whether that is deemed a success to others such as my parents, boss, peers, or not.
@skinicki~ im glad you're listening to positive videos and that you're focusing on yourself
... you're doing amazing!
It is very hard to stick to a routine. Some days are better to handle, others are too chaotic.
@downpour - Sorry to hear that, I want you to know that all of us are here for you, to help you every step of the way! You're never on your own:) It's great to hear you're having better days too though, that's great!
Dunno, I tend not to pay attention to my own personal milestones or steps completed. I'd much rather focus on people that need someone to listen to.
But that's just my 2 cents as I detailed in another post here.

I learned to focus on what i can control and not worry about what i can't control
@Crazyblackcat That is definitely really important
Wish you all the best!
I really like writing down things I did well and things I am thankful for. I've started writing them down in a notebook every night as part of my daily practice, and it is really helpful and feels nice.
