I've gotten to Step 20 on my path. One thing I've learned is that I need to talk to someone about how I'm feeling.

Step 190. I learned a lot about spirituality, chakras and vibrations the past few days. Gives me a lot to think about, and a lot to discover.

Hi, I'm Mary.

And I have a variety of issues and I need help

Persistency and Consistency. I am seeing small improvements but I think we live in a world of instant gratification and we expect immediate results from everything and I fall into that trap with my anxiety. A first degree takes 4 years and then we still need to work hard every day to earn an income. Take that as a basis. Beating anxiety requires one to learn the basics of beating this, finding what works for you, and then working steadfastly each day and appreciating the small successes that one encounters each day! This site helps you record this and maybe in a few months or eve in one year I would be able to measure REAL success! I think that is the way to look at things and so be it.

@ElChico That is definitely true! It is about slowly making progress and not expecting huge things instantly!smiley Thank you so much for sharing that with all of us! I hope you are doing well and wish you all the best

I have learned that it's okay to just sit in silence and collect yourself and your emotions. It actually helps with the tremor in my hands
