I have learned that I need to be kind and patient with myself. I learned that I deserve to feel better than this and that my recovery is a priority. Overall I have realized that I need to make myself a priority in my life.

I just reached level 20, and I'm still trying to cope with a breakup, but I know that if I meditate, I can at least calm myself for the time I'm meditating. I want to work to make this okay.
